Monotony, yes. Monotonous, no. Monotony is a much requested monospaced font loosely based on Tenacity. Use it when you want the visually immediacy of a typewriter font or when you need vertical alignment of characters.

 

   

Monotony comes in regular and bold weights with a common character width so that they can be interchanged without going out of horizontal sync.
