Thank you for purchasing this MINIFONTS TrueType Font Family - the software. This file contains general information about the fonts and the Standard Licensing Agreement.

PLEASE READ THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE FONTS.

Use of this MINIFONTS TrueType Font Family of typefaces assumes agreement with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not install or use the fonts.

This MINIFONTS TrueType Font Family was designed by Joe Gillespie and published by, and is the Copyright © 1992 - 2004 of Pixel Productions, London, United Kingdom - the Licensor. No part may be translated into any language or transmitted in any form whatsoever without the express permission of the copyright holder.

In consideration of payment of the licence fee, the licensor grants to you, the licence, a non-exclusive right to use this product which consists of electronic data to display and output TrueType® typefaces along with data in electronic format to support the use of the product.

The software is licensed for the use of the original purchaser and may only be installed on a single CPU at any one time. Unauthorised copying of the software or its documentation is expressly forbidden.

If you are purchasing the fonts for use on more than one CPU simultaneously, you are required to purchase a Multiple User Licence NOT covered by this licensing agreement. Please contact the licensor for further information regarding Multiple User Licences.

The documentation herein does not constitute a formal definition of the software and is for the guidance of the licensee only. Pixel Productions are not liable for errors contain therein of for consequential loss or damages in connections with, or arising from the use of the software or its documentation.

The publisher fully reserves the right to revise this software and documentation and to make changes to its contents without obligation to notify any person of such revisions or changes.

Pixel Productions excludes any, or all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The user’s remedy is limited to the return of the software and associated material to the publisher for replacement.

This agreement is effective until terminated. Such termination will be automatic if the licensee fails to comply with any conditions contained in this licensing agreement and requires the licensee to permanently erase the software and documentation and provide the licensor with written verification that the product has been erased.

If any of the provisions, limitations or exclusions contained herein are invalid under applicable statute or rule of law, they are, to that extent only, deemed omitted.
